Zodiac House Series
The Zodiac House Series is a year-long architectural study exploring how archetypes and prefabricated construction systems can shape scalable, market-ready luxury housing.
One house is developed each month, translating a zodiac sign into architecture, spatial character, and material strategy—while remaining grounded in a shared modular framework designed for repeatability, adaptability, and long-term value.
This is not a collection of isolated concepts, but a systematic exploration of how design intelligence, branding, and prefabrication can converge into viable residential prototypes—distinct in experience, consistent in logic, and adaptable across sites and markets.
12-Month Design & Development Study

January - House of Capricorn
House of Capricorn opens the Zodiac House Series by establishing its architectural and structural foundation.
Inspired by Capricorn’s association with discipline, responsibility, and long-term vision, this house is conceived as a luxury prefabricated prototype defined by clarity of form, controlled materiality, and a strong sense of permanence. Architecture leads every decision—geometry is disciplined, spaces are intentional, and finishes are selected for durability and timelessness rather than trend.
Warm wood surfaces balance stone and plaster, creating interiors that feel grounded yet inviting. Art and landscape elements are introduced with restraint, reinforcing a sense of cultivated calm rather than decoration.
As the first house in the 12-month study, House of Capricorn sets the standard for the series:
a repeatable construction logic, adaptable spatial framework, and a design language focused on long-term value.
This is a house for builders, leaders, and long-term thinkers—where quiet strength defines luxury.
